What is your warranty on moss removal

We normally offer a 12 month moss-free guarantee on our full roof demossing jobs. If your moss begins to return, give us a call and we will come back for a touchup chemical treatment. We recommend treating the roof once or twice a year to prevent the moss from growing. This may need to be even more regularly if you live in an especially densely forested area.

What is your guarantee on window cleaning

If you see any spots and require a touchup, please let us know within 72 hours. Longer than that we cannot be responsible for streaks caused by birds, rain, fingerprints, and the general environment. For high traffic areas like the doorway to a storefront there is no guarantee after we leave the site, but we will check in with your representatives to make sure everyone is happy with the quality of our work..

What is your warranty for gutter guards

Our micromesh gutter guards come with a 40 year warranty on their materials. We guarantee for 3 years that we’ve installed everything according to manufacturer instructions. If there are any problems with your gutter guards within that time that are from an installation error we will fix it. We cannot unfortunately be responsible for acts of god like heavy snowfall or fallen trees.
